REGISTRATION TO THE SCULPTORS AND ARTISANS FAIR OF THE XXII INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF NATIVES “FRANCISCUS 2023”
Dear sculptor / craftsman:
The XXII International Congress and LXI National Congress of Nativity Scenes will be held in Seville, Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), Córdoba, San Fernando (Cádiz) and Mollina (Málaga), from October 29 to November 5, 2023.
For this reason, through this letter, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the Sculptors and Artisans Fair that will be held during said Congress, in accordance with the following regulations:
1. The Sculptors and Craftsmen Fair will be held in the Mallorca room of the Hotel Silken Al-Andalus (****), located at Avda. de la Palmera, s/n – Seville (Spain).
2. The Mallorca room has about 450 m2, with space for 25-30 tables, which will be assigned in strict order of registration, and depending on availability, since the number of tables is limited by the capacity of the space. .
3. The price of each table, measuring 1.80 m x 1 m, will be €100, with a maximum of two tables per craftsman. This price includes the reservation of the space, the rental of the table and two chairs. The rest of the decoration of the same will be the responsibility of each exhibitor.
4. Pre-registration will be done by completing the form that will be created for this purpose on the Congress website https://www.franciscus2023.com, from November 1 to 15, 2022. All pre-registered sculptors and artisans will receive an email from confirmation of the same automatically, having to wait for the communication of the allocation of the reservation.
5. After assigning the table/s, all the sculptors and artisans will receive a confirmation email, where the bank details for the entry of the amount of the reservation and the reference number will be indicated. You will have a period of 10 days to make the payment of the fee effective, from receipt of it. At the time of depositing the reservation, they must record the reservation reference in the bank document, as well as the name of the sculptor or craftsman, sending an email with proof of payment to the email feria.eya@franciscus2023.com. If the payment is not made within the stipulated period, the organization will have the assigned tables.
6. If there are more registrations than table reservations, these will be included in a waiting list, pending possible cancellations.
7. In case of cancellation of the participation, the amount paid for the reservation will only be returned for a justified reason and accepted by the organization, by email to feria.eya@franciscus2023.com before July 1, 2023. Otherwise , the refund will not be made.
8. It is not mandatory to register for the congress, nor to have meals at the hotel, in order to participate in the Fair of sculptors and craftsmen. Even so, if you want to register as a congressperson, you must fill out the Registration form, which can be found at https://franciscus2023.com/en/product/pre-registration/. The possibility of attending the official dinner on Saturday will also be offered.

12. During the assembly and disassembly hours of the Fair, there will be a person responsible for the organization, to be able to solve any possible incident.
13. The Organizing Committee will give as much publicity as possible, publishing the names of the participating sculptors and artisans through different means. However, any sculptor or craftsman may give the publicity they deem appropriate, regarding their participation in said Fair.
